The servicer asked how everything was I told her mine was fine and my wife responded with not good. Double frying is never a good idea as it dries everything out when cooking and exacerbates the drying out and toughness of the product. The chicken fingers had been deep fried twice which causes the chicken to get extremely tough and in edible. The true disaster was the sweet and sour chicken plate. The crab Rangoon was tasty but over cooked. The chicken fried rice was flavorless and the chicken was undetectable. The Thai chicken dinner plate was plentiful but the chicken wasn’t spicy even though it was marked as such.
The hot and sour chicken was excellent from there it was all down hill.
It was hit or miss apparently based on your food selection. Tried this place out after many years and should have waited more.
